The control cabinet is where the brain of a system’s controls and drives are housed. Well thought-out concepts and integrated solutions, as well as carefully planned electrics and hardware, are therefore essential in control cabinet manufacturing. Competent and experienced engineers are just as important to ensure that even the most complex designs can be optimally implemented in our Assembly department. Only then can your machine or system be guaranteed to operate efficiently, absolutely reliably and economically, with maintenance restricted to a minimum.
Around 250 complete control cabinets leave the futronic premises every year – power cabinets up to 6 kVA, for example, control and distribution cabinets or pneumatic cabinets. They are built using advanced manufacturing equipment and machine tools on 1000 square metres of floor space. Our production shop includes a CNC machining centre for automated machining of mounting plates, doors and housings made from coated or painted steel, stainless steel, plastic, copper or aluminium – plus an automatic tool changer and an interface to EPLAN P8.
From project-specific one-offs to complete series
Our control cabinet specialists support you throughout – from planning the necessary production capacity to the final acceptance of all installations. We advise, engineer and build – mostly project-specific one-offs but in some cases also complete series. If you wish, we can also assemble cables and wiring tailored to your requirements.
