RevolutionX includes the UFM RX joining mechanics in the force range from 0.2 to 1,000 kN, the RX controller, the RX software, the PDM-S RX digital preamplifier, the power amplifier, and corresponding accessories. The core of the system is the RX controller for parallel control of up to four mechanics and 16 sensors in one assembly station. With a measuring frequency of 2 kHz, assembly processes as well as measuring and testing tasks can be precisely controlled and monitored. Fast program loading times and faster processing of process data reduce cycle times. The data evaluation takes place directly in the Controller RX. Up to 1001 programs and 100,000 process curves can be saved directly in the control. The transmission to the higher-level PLC is faster than before due to the use of the high-performance real-time Ethernet bus system.

Parameterization and visualization of the joining process are carried out using the new RX software via web interface. PLC knowledge is not required to create the joining program. During program creation, the user is supported by input validation and integrated online help. Operation via web interface offers flexible access to the joining system, regardless of time, location, operating system or (mobile) device and accelerates commissioning, installing updates, maintenance and service.

The RX joining modules are characterized by their robust mechanics. New and optional are the intelligent system for automatic lubrication of the joining module and the safety clutch to protect the force transducer against overload.
