A free information afternoon takes place regularly for those interested, providing information about 3D printing and 3D scanning technologies in general. On the one hand, the various 3D printing processes and, on the other hand, 3D scanning are discussed. This is followed by a practical demonstration of 3D scanners and 3D printers in action.

The course offering initially includes intensive courses on 3D scanning and 3D printing manufacturing processes, in which, for example, information is provided on different materials, 3D printing processes and 3D printing and 3D scanning processes. In addition, participants also learn practical skills such as 3D scanning an object. 3D-MODEL also offers deep dive courses on the individual manufacturing processes SLS, SLA and FFF/CFF in 3D printing. Participants can deepen their knowledge of the various manufacturing processes and learn more about the special features of each manufacturing process. Finally, there are two additional courses on 3D printing in medical technology and 3D printing in orthopedic technology, where participants from this industry learn how helpful 3D printing can be for production in this field of application.

The one to two day courses can be carried out both on site and partly online. Finally, after completing any course, each participant receives a certificate of participation, which certifies the knowledge they have learned.
