On October 31, 2023, FSIS was in Cologne and was able to ceremoniously accept the “Employer of the Future 2023” award – we are very proud of that!
The “Employer of the Future” award ceremony takes place annually and is carried out by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND). The award is given to companies that are particularly committed to the areas of digitalization, sustainability, modern leadership and flexible working models. It shows that companies in Germany are increasingly facing the challenges of the future and are committed to providing an attractive working environment for their employees.
