• Communication with customers as part of order processing
• Entry of orders and creation of order confirmations
• Order-related ordering of components
• Coordination of delivery dates with customers
• Retrieval of the papers for processing in the warehouse
• Posting and closing of orders after delivery

• Completed commercial training
• Technical understanding and interest in mechanical engineering components
• Competent handling of a merchandise management system
• Strong communication skills, reliability and team spirit
• Also suitable for job starters or returnees
