Your tasks:
– Conception, implementation and further development of solutions for predictive maintenance for innovative manufacturing processes and automated storage and logistics systems
– Evaluation, definition and standardization of condition monitoring
– Data analysis and definition of event triggers and algorithms for predictive maintenance
– Definition of standards for uniform reporting of data analysis and derivation of recommendations for action
– Carrying out assessments, condition diagnoses and weak point analyzes on machine tools
– Implementation and evaluation of 3D axis diagnoses
– Ensuring the availability as well as further development and sustainable optimization of machine tools
– Professional support and training for employees
Your qualification:
– Study computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
– Alternatively, completed further training as a technician
– Experience in the areas of data analysis, evaluation of vibration and oscillation analysis and frequency converters
– Good knowledge of drive technology, power electronics, industrial automation software and condition monitoring
– Experience and knowledge in repairing and commissioning production and logistics systems desirable
– Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
– Taking over on-call duty
