Your tasks:
– Support and independent and autonomous management of (key) customers with the aim of building and expanding them through sustainable relationship management
– Developing and maintaining account plans with sales strategies and creating sales plans and analyses (on a monthly and annual basis)
– Co-designing and developing solution concepts for customer-specific systems and presenting our products and services during customer visits and at trade fairs
– Working closely with the development, marketing and product management teams
– Proportionate acquisition of new customers with continuous market and competition monitoring in the field of HMI and computer technology
Your profile:
– A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or in technical disciplines, ideally with initial experience in sales of products requiring explanation
– Broad knowledge of computer technology and technical affinity
– Strong contact and communication skills as well as customer orientation
– High level of teamwork, initiative and organizational skills
– Persuasive and negotiating skills
