Your area of responsibility

– You will procure electronic components and printed circuit boards.
– You will control, manage and optimize the purchasing process.
– You will prepare supplier quotations for production and sales and create clear comparisons of quotations.
– You will be responsible for processing orders (including master data maintenance).
– You will process order confirmations and coordinate with your colleagues* in the event of deviations.
– You monitor delivery dates and initiate measures if necessary if they are exceeded.
– You are responsible for invoice control and posting, and for processing defects (from defect report to posting).

What you bring with you

– You have technical knowledge in the field of electronics.
– Ideally, you already have a qualification and/or professional experience in purchasing.
– You can communicate clearly and in a target group-oriented manner both internally and externally.
– You communicate confidently in German and English with suppliers and business partners.
– You are confident with MS Office programs and an ERP system (if possible with Dynamics NAV).
– You work independently and conscientiously.
