Disposition of stocked items and processing of customer backlogs
Entering order confirmations and monitoring delivery dates
Backlog processing and delivery reminders for customer and warehouse orders
Handling complaints and incorrect deliveries with suppliers
Communication with suppliers, customers and internal interfaces
General office activities
Your profile:
Commercial training or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Independent and punctual working style
Good PC and Office 365 knowledge for everyday office life
