Your tasks:
– Preparation of offers according to commercial and technical specifications
– Reviewing commercial and technical order data and processing offers using SAP CRM
– Appointment processing and tracking in collaboration with internal sales and the assembly plants
– Telephone support for customers and support of sales colleagues
– Participation in customer projects as well as internal projects for process optimization
Your qualification:
– Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
– Ideally, initial professional experience in a commercial professional environment
– Knowledge of using SAP CRM and MS Office
– Technical understanding desirable
– Experience in customer service is an advantage
