Your tasks:
– On the phone you inspire existing and potential customers
– You have the back of our sales department (contacting new customers, making appointments, preparing offers and orders, etc.)
– You accompany us to trade fairs and conduct customer events (webinars, workshops, etc.)
– The customer databases are maintained by you
– You develop leads and lead lists including researching contacts and pre-qualify them
– You take over the coordination of our online orders and update products

What you bring:
– Training or studies with and without professional experience
– Passion for customer contact and communication skills as well as enjoyment of telephoning
– Confident, open and friendly demeanor, to competently conduct customer discussions
– ability to work in a team
– Basic technical knowledge is an advantage
– Very good PC knowledge and experienced handling of MS Office
– English knowledge is an advantage
