Your tasks:
Technical and disciplinary management of the specialist consultants in the internal service, as well as technical management of the field sales staff for industrial customers
Securing and further developing the sales area/customer base with sales and gross profit responsibility through:
Active acquisition of new customers
Support of existing key account customers
Development and implementation of strategies
Increasing customer benefit through implementing existing and new service modules
Assortment design
General communication and contact maintenance with suppliers, as well as conducting annual supplier discussions together with purchasing
Close cooperation and technical coordination with the other sales department managers
Your profile:
Successfully completed commercial training or technical training with commercial experience is mandatory
Several years of operational experience in the sale of electrical products in the electrical wholesale trade, as well as industry knowledge in the area of industrial customers
Leadership experience, particularly in employee development and team building
Analytical, result- and action-oriented way of working
Strong communication and conflict skills
High level of customer and service orientation
