Your tasks:
- Processing of manufacturing and customer complaints about the products in our portfolio
- Carrying out an extensive analysis with subsequent quality control
- Repair of devices and assemblies
- Editing of 8D reports
- Documentation of the work carried out in the ERP system (SAP)
- Supervision of test process employees
- Interface to our development teams
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as an electronics technician for devices and systems or comparable
- Experience in testing, repair and service would be an advantage
