– Support and advice for existing customers

– Respond to incoming order inquiries by phone/ email/ chat
– Participate in and conduct trade fairs, webinars, etc.
– Quoting
– Maintenance of our customer database
– Help organize projects and events (campaigns, workshops, etc.)

What you bring:
– Training or studies with and without professional experience
– Newcomers are expressly welcome
– Passion for customer contact and communication skills
– Confident, open and friendly demeanor, for competently conducting customer discussions
– ability to work in a team
– Basic technical knowledge is an advantage
– English knowledge is an advantage
– Car driver’s license
