Your tasks:
– Editing business contacts and researching contact persons, etc.
– Support in sales automation in HubSpot (e.g. writing of Sales emails, email tracking, booking meetings, creating sales documents, etc.)
– Support in marketing automation in HubSpot (e.g. creating content,
Reading out reports, customer qualification, etc.)
– Support in setting up the service hub (e.g. integration of VoIP software,
ticket allocation, knowledge database, etc.)
– Maintenance of customer databases
– Other back office tasks such as telephone, office organization, etc.
What you bring:
– Enjoys telephoning, texting and working digitally with a confident demeanor
– Apprenticeship with professional experience or studies
– Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, Power Point, Excel and open to digital processes
– ability to work in a team
– Efficient completion of multiple parallel tasks after prioritization
– German fluently in word and writing, business fluent English
